摘要
实现高质量发展,是中国社会主义现代化建设的重要任务。进入新时代,社会管理全面转型为社会治理,社区治理高质量发展是社会治理现代化的关键环节。社区治理高质量发展的关键首先是社区思想政治工作高质量发展,社区思想政治工作既是建设和谐社区的基础步骤,也是中国共产党全面领导社区工作的重要环节。当前,基层社区思想政治工作存在与社区居民弱关联、制度建设不足、资源配置不均的现实问题。解决问题要精准定位,建立思想政治工作与社区居民之间的强联系;依规行事,构建完善、合理的基层社区思想政治工作制度;以强补弱,以合作共建助力基层社区思想政治工作高质量发展,扫清基层社区思想政治工作高质量发展的障碍,助力社会治理现代化建设。
Achieving high-quality development is an important task of China's socialist modernization.En⁃tering the new era,social management has comprehensively been transformed into social governance,and the high-quality development of community governance is a key link with the modernization of social governance.The key to the high-quality development of community governance is,first of all,the high-quality development of community ideological and political work,which is a basic step in building a harmonious community and an important link in the overall leadership of the Communist Party of China in community work.However,the cur⁃rent grassroots community ideological and political work meets with many problems,such as the weak associa⁃tion with community residents,insufficient system construction and uneven allocation of resources.Therefore,to solve the problem,we need to accurately position ourselves to establish a strong link between ideological and po⁃litical work and community residents;act according to the rules and regulations,and build a perfect and reason⁃able system of ideological and political work at the grassroots community level;and make up for the weakness⁃es with strengths,and boost the high-quality development of the ideological and political work at the grassroots community level with cooperation and co-construction.Clearing the obstacles to the high-quality development of ideological and political work in grassroots communities will help modernize the construction of social gover⁃nance.
