摘要
旨在研究、构建文昌鸡母鸡体重和体组分重的生长模型,为文昌鸡的高效养殖提供科学依据。本研究选择体重接近的1日龄健康母雏300只,随机分为6个重复,常规饲养至119日龄。每周以重复为单位测定文昌鸡的体重,每个重复取2只鸡测定体组成。研究发现,随周龄增加,文昌鸡母鸡的体重、胴体重、羽毛重、体蛋白和体脂肪重等显著升高(P<0.001)。分别采用Gompertz、Von Bertalanffy、Logistic和Richards四种非线性函数拟合文昌鸡体重、体蛋白和体脂肪的生长曲线,根据回归模型的决定系数、均方误差、赤池信息准则和残差平方和,发现Gompertz模型的拟合度最高。利用Gompertz函数公式,建立了文昌鸡体重、胴体、羽毛、体蛋白和体脂肪等组分的生长模型,除羽毛水分重外,其他组分生长模型的决定系数接近或超过0.99,其中体重、体蛋白和体脂肪的成熟重分别为2382 g、696.8 g和1037.1 g,相对成熟速度分别为0.0232、0.0174和0.0178。利用Gompertz模型可以预测文昌鸡不同日龄的体重和体组分重。这些模型及其微积分公式有助于文昌鸡的遗传选育和生产决策,同时也为今后预测文昌鸡母鸡每日能量和氨基酸需要量提供了基础。
The study aimed to study the weekly changes of body weight and body composition of Wenchang chickens,and establish the empirical growth model to provide scientific basis for efficient breeding of Wenchang chickens.A total of 300 healthy 1-day-old female chicks with similar body weight were randomly divided into 6 replicates and fed conventionally until 119 days of age.The body weight and body composition of Wenchang chickens were measured weekly.The results showed that the body weight,carcass weight,feather weight,body protein weight and body fat weight of Wenchang chickens increased significantly with the increase of week age(P<0.001).Four nonlinear function formulas,Gompertz,Von Bertalanffy,Logistic and Richards,were used to fit the growth curves of body weight,body protein and body fat of Wenchang chicken,respectively.According to the determination coefficient(R 2),mean square error,Akaike information criterion and residual sum of squares of regression models,it is found that Gompertz model has the highest degree of fit.The growth models of body weight,carcass,feather,body protein and body fat of Wenchang chickens were established using Gompertz model.Except for the feather moisture weight,the R 2 of the other component models was close to or exceeded 0.99.The mature weight of body weight,body protein and body fat were 2382 g,696.8 g and 1037.1 g,respectively.The relative maturity rates were 0.0232,0.0174 and 0.0178,respectively.The Gompertz model can be used to predict the body weight and body composition weight of Wenchang chickens at different days of age.At the same time,the calculus formulas of the above models were established,which could be used to predict the daily gain of body weight and body component weight of Wenchang chickens at different days of age.These models and their calculus formulas are helpful for genetic selection and production decision-making of Wenchang chickens,and also provide a basis for predicting the daily energy and amino acid requirements of Wenchang chickens in the future.
