摘要
通风机多采用工频恒转速控制的方式,能源浪费严重,且系统接线复杂、维护成本高,为此,本文研究了变频调速及远程通信技术,提出了一种基于PLC+变频器联合控制的选煤厂通风机调速方案。该方案实现了通风机的远程变频控制与自适应调速,有效降低了能耗,提高了控制系统的智能化水平。
Ventilation fans mostly adopt the method of constant speed control at power frequency,which leads to serious energy waste,complex system wiring,and high maintenance costs.Therefore,this paper studies frequency conversion speed regulation and remote communication technology,and proposes a speed regulation scheme for ventilation fans in coal preparation plants based on the joint control of PLC+frequency converter.This scheme achieves remote frequency conversion control and adaptive speed regulation of the ventilation fan,effectively reducing energy consumption and improving the intelligent level of the control system.
