摘要
我国煤炭开采大都在井下,而井下作业必须在通风良好的情况下进行。对旋式轴流通风机是煤矿常用通风设备之一,但泊里煤矿对旋式轴流通风机在实际使用中存在效率不高、能耗较大等现象。为解决这一问题,针对其工作特性,决定采用变频调速原理,对风机的驱动电机进行频率调整,实现风机两级动叶干涉性调速的最佳流动匹配,达到对通风机工况进行实时调节的目的,满足矿井风量、负压需求的同时减少通风机满负荷运行,达到节能效果。
Coal mining in China is mostly underground, and underground operations must be carried out under good ventilation. Contra-rotating axial flow fan is one of the commonly used ventilation equipment in coal mine, but there are some problems such as low efficiency and large energy consumption in the actual use of contra-rotating axial flow fan in Boli Coal Mine. In order to solve this problem, according to its working characteristics, it is decided to adopt the principle of frequency conversion speed regulation to adjust the frequency of the driving motor of the fan, so as to realize the optimal flow matching of the two-stage moving blade interference speed regulation of the fan, so as to achieve the purpose of real-time adjustment of the working condition of the fan, meet the demand of mine air volume and negative pressure, reduce the full load operation of the fan, and achieve the energy saving effect.
