摘要
民航监察员队伍是我国民航安全监管力量的重要组成部分,加强监察员队伍建设是提高民航安全监管能力和水平的关键,加强监察员培训管理是提升监察员队伍素质和能力的重要手段,对民航安全监管工作起着至关重要的作用。本文基于民航“帮思想、教技术、带作风”九字经育人文化,在分析民航监察员培训管理意义的基础上,从“帮思想”“教技术”“带作风”三个方面探讨了提升培训管理质量和效果的具体路径,对于提升民航安全监管能力和水平,加快建设高素质专业化安全员队伍具有重要意义。
The civil aviation inspector team is an important part of the civil aviation safety supervision force of our country.Strengthening the construction of the inspector team is the key to improving the civil aviation safety supervision capacity and level.Strengthening the training and management of the inspector team is an important means to improve the quality and ability of the inspector team,and plays a vital role in the civil aviation safety supervision work.Based on the culture of training and educating civil aviation inspectors,this paper discusses the specific ways to improve the quality and effect of training and management from three aspects.
