摘要
目的探究生姜穴位敷贴联合营养支持干预在妊娠剧吐孕妇中的应用效果。方法选取2018年2月至2020年8月我院接收的94例妊娠剧吐孕妇为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各47例。对照组进行常规护理及营养支持干预,研究组在对照组基础上联合生姜穴位敷贴干预。比较两组的应用效果。结果干预后,两组孕妇的各项症状积分均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组孕妇的妊娠期恶心呕吐专用量化表(PUQE)、妊娠恶心呕吐生活质量量表(NVPQOL)评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。孕26周、分娩前,研究组的体质量增长值大于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的贫血、甲状腺功能降低发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论生姜穴位敷贴联合营养支持干预在妊娠剧吐孕妇中的效果显著,能够有效改善孕妇呕吐厌食、恶闻油腥、择食嗜酸症状,降低呕吐反应,提升生活质量,并且还能预防妊娠并发症的发生。
Objective To explore the application effect of acupoint application of ginger combined with nutritional support intervention in pregnant women with hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods A total of 94 pregnant women with hyperemesis gravidarum received in our hospital from February 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the pregnant women were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and nutritional support intervention,and the study group was given acupoint application of ginger intervention on the basis of the control group.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the symptom scores of pregnant women in the two groups decreased,and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Pregnancy-Unique Quantification of Emesis and Nausea(PUQE)and Nausea and Vomiting of Pregnancy Quality of Life Questionnaire(NVPQOL)in the two groups decreased,and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).At 26 weeks of pregnancy and before delivery,the weight gain value of the study group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of anemia and hypothyroidism in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of ginger combined with nutritional support intervention has a significant effect on pregnant women with hyperemesis gravidarum,it can effectively improve the symptoms of vomiting,anorexia,smelling greasy,and eating acidophilia in pregnant women,reduce vomiting response,improve quality of life,and prevent pregnancy complications.
