摘要
变高度连续钢箱梁的推广应用,对于顶推施工技术提出了新的挑战和要求。依托某变高度连续钢箱梁的无合龙段、非对称悬臂的顶推施工项目,文中首先通过有限元方法分析有措施顶推方案和无措施顶推方案的可行性,然后对合理成桥状态的无应力状态法实现方案进行了详细分析,最终通过施工监控量测结果,从位移、应力和扣塔塔偏3个方面对施工过程数据进行了理论与实测值的对比分析,结果结果显示采用扣索实现无应力状态法施工能够较好的实现桥梁的合理成桥状态。
The promotion and application of variable height continuous steel box beams bring new challenges and re-quirements for the push construction technology.Based on the non closure section and asymmetric cantilever launch-ing construction project of a variable height continuous steel box girder,the article first analyzes the feasibility of both measured and unmeasured launching schemes through finite element method.Then,a detailed analysis is con-ducted on the implementation scheme of the stress free state method in a reasonable bridge completion state.Finally,through construction monitoring measurement results,a comparative analysis of theoretical and measured values iss conducted on the construction process data from the stress,the displacement,and tower deflection.The results show that the use of cable buckle to achieve stress free state construction can effectively achieve the reasonable comple-tion state of the bridge.
