摘要
公共交通是城市高质量发展的关键支撑,评价城市公交满意度对优化公交服务质量、推进以人为本的新型城镇化具有重要的现实意义。以A市为实例进行问卷调查,收集公交票价、支付方式、车内环境和等待时长等16个影响公交出行满意度的关键因素数据,并采用因子分析法对其进行统计分析识别并确定便捷性、舒适性、经济性和安全性四个相互独立的公因子,研究结果表明,便捷性因子对公交出行满意度影响最大,其次为舒适性因子。
Public transportation is vital for the high-quality development of urban areas.Assessing the satisfaction level of city bus services plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of these services and fostering people-centric urbanization.This study,taking City A as a case study,conducted a comprehensive survey to collect data on 16key factors influencing bus commuter satisfaction,including fare,payment methods,in-vehicle environment,and waiting times.Utilizing SPSS 22.0for factor analysis,we identified four distinct,independent factors:convenience,comfort,economy,and safety,based on their eigenvalues and cumulative contribution rates.The findings reveal that the convenience factor is the most influential on the satisfaction levels of bus commuters in City A,followed closely by comfort.The paper concludes by proposing targeted strategies to enhance urban bus commuter satisfaction across these four dimensions,aiming to improve the overall quality of public transit services.
