摘要
路面基层出现裂缝是施工中常见的质量问题,在处理裂缝过程中,玻纤格栅铺设的质量是保证处理效果的最重要的因素。针对G312路面水稳基层裂缝处理玻纤格栅的褶皱率高的问题,QC小组使用PDCA质量改进模型,通过找出问题、制定目标、分析原因、要因确认、制定对策、实施对策、检查分析以及总结经验等一系列步骤,使玻纤格栅铺筑的褶皱率从10.35%降低到了2.825%,提升效果明显。
The crack of pavement base course is a common quality problem in the construction.In the process of dealing with the crack,the laying quality of glass fiber grid is the most important factor to ensure the treatment effect.In view of the high folding rate of glass fiber grid in dealing with the crack of G312 pavement water stabilized base course,the QC team uses PDCA quality improvement model to find out the problem,formulate the goal,analyze the cause,confirmation,formulation of countermeasures,implementation of countermeasures,inspection and analysis and summing up experience,the folding rate of glass fiber grid paving is reduced from 10.35%to 2.825%,and the improvement effect is obvious.
