摘要
目的 研究分析护理干预对肿瘤化疗患者心理的影响。方法 选取2021年6月—2022年7月本院收治的肿瘤化疗患者60例,通过随机数字表法分为两组,每组30例。研究组使用针对心理问题的护理干预,对照组中使用常规护理,对比两组患者的治疗护理情况。结果 护理后,研究组生存质量评分中躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活均较对照组高(P<0.05);研究组焦虑评分、抑郁评分、疼痛评分均较对照组低(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度较对照组高(P<0.05),并发症发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论 对肿瘤化疗患者实施护理干预可以有效改善患者的生存质量,可避免患者过分疼痛,提升治疗安全性,使患者在治疗期间保持良好情绪,对护理工作更加满意。
Objective To study and analyze effect of nursing interventions on psychological problems of tumor chemotherapy patients.Methods The paper chose 60 tumor chemotherapy patients admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to July 2022,and divided them into two groups with random number table method.During treatment period,two groups were treated with nursing interventions and routine nursing based on psychological issues,treatment and nursing outcomes were compared between two groups.Results Life quality scores of study group after nursing included:physical function scores were(70.63±3.62),psychological function scores were(72.32±3.45),social function scores were(71.63±3.62),material life scores were(73.32±4.45),anxiety scores were(15.82±4.14),depression scores were(16.38±4.54),pain scores were(2.63±5.62),nursing satisfaction degree was(96.67%),and complication incidence rate was(10.0%).Life quality scores of control group after nursing included:physical function scores were(61.45±3.52),psychological function scores were(64.62±3.52),social function scores were(63.45±3.52),material life scores were(65.62±4.52),anxiety scores were(18.55±4.45),depression scores were(19.86±5.12),pain scores were(4.45±5.52),nursing satisfaction degree was 63.33%,and complication incidence rate was 40.0%.Various indicators of study group were significantly better than control group,with significant difference in comparison between groups(p<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively improve life quality,avoid excessive pain,enhance treatment safety,ensure positive emotions of tumor chemotherapy patients during treatment,with higher satisfaction with nursing work.
