摘要
目的探讨护理干预对肿瘤化疗患者心理问题的影响。方法应用化疗前中后期患者心理状况比较表对肿瘤化疗病人实施解释说服法,情绪转移法,暗示疗法等心理干预的前后心理状况进行评价。结果肿瘤化疗病人存在的心理问题在化疗前与化疗中比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。心理干预后症状明显改善,化疗前后比较(P<0.01)。结论肿瘤化疗患者实施多层次的心理干预可清除不良心理反应,变消极心态为积极心态,配合治疗,提高生存质量。
Objective To approach the effect of nursing intervention on psychological problems of patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods The psychological comparison scale was used to evaluate the status of patients before,during and after chemotherapy, patients were also given nursing intervention including explanation,emotional transfer,and suggesting therapy.Results There is significant difference between two groups（before and after chemotherapy）（P0.05）.And it was improved remarkably after nursing intervention（P0.01）.Conclusion Suggest that for the patients undergoing chemotherapy,multi-level implementation of the psychological intervention can eliminate adverse psychological reactions,negative attitude to positive attitude change and improve quality of life.
