摘要
本研究采用HPLC-FLD,建立了同时测定食用菌中克百威、3-羟基克百威残留量的检测方法。结果表明,该方法具有前处理简单、高效、实验耗时短、准确度和灵敏度较高的优势,可用于食用菌中克百威、3-羟基克百威残留量的测定。
This study used HPLC-FLD to establish a detection method for the simultaneous determination of carbofuran and 3-hydroxycarbofuran residues in edible mushrooms.The results indicate that this method has the advantages of simple pre-treatment,high efficiency,short experimental time,high accuracy and sensitivity,and can be used for the determination of carbofuran and 3-hydroxycarbofuran residues in edible mushrooms.
