摘要
建立了牛奶中速灭威、克百威(呋喃丹)、异丙威的高效液相色谱测定与确证方法。3种氨基甲酸酯类农药标准曲线线性关系良好;相关系数R^2为0.990~0.996;检出限为6.13~7.87μg/kg;回收率为70.4%~102.5%。该方法准确、灵敏、快速,可满足检测需要。
A new method for determination and conformation of metolcarb, carbofuran, and isoprocarb in milk by HPLC was developed. The pro- posed method showed a good linearity with the linear correlation coefficients R^2 of 0.990-0.996 and detection limits of 6.13-7.87 μg/kg. The average recoveries were in the range of 70.4%-102.5%. The method was accurate, sensitive, rapid, and can meet the needs of detection.
