景洪电厂LCU与调速器协同控制优化策略研究 被引量:1

摘要 华能景洪水电厂目前的水轮机组调速器控制方式为开度模式,针对其缺点和功率模式下的定PID参数控制器的不足,本文提出了一种LCU与调速器协同控制的优化策略,采用功率模式和模糊PID控制策略,确保了调速器的功率调节环节与一次调频环节在控制上的合理配合,提升了水轮机组在不同工况下运行的鲁棒性和自适应能力,提高发电效率与降低成本,保障了机组的稳定和经济运行。 The hydro-turbine unit governors in Huaneng Jinghong Hydropower Plant are of an opening control mode currently.Considering the disadvantages of this control mode and the fixed PID parameter controllers in power mode,an optimization strategy for the collaborative control of LCU and governor is proposed,which adopts the power mode and the fuzzy PID control strategy to ensure the reasonable control coordination of the power regulation and the primary frequency regulation of the governor.It improves the robustness and adaptive ability of the hydro-turbine units under different working conditions,increases the power generation efficiency and reduces the cost,and ensures the stable and economic operation of the units.
