摘要
随着大数据和人工智能等技术的加速发展,数字素养成为教师必备的关键能力。教育部发布《教师数字素养》行业标准,进一步规范了教师数字素养的培养与评价,这也意味着我国教师能力发展进入一个新的周期。本研究以国际上8个典型教师数字素养培养项目为多案例研究对象,在“实践取向”的考察视角下,基于全面质量管理理论从“人机料法环”五个方面进行比较分析,总结梳理了四个项目设计特征:研究者与实践者共同参与的教育行动研究;以结构化过程模型引导教师的实践路径;以真实的数据问题或任务驱动培训实施;形成有充分数据支撑的培训实践闭环。据此,结合我国实际情况从两个层面对提升教师数字素养提出了六条路径建议,以期为优化我国教师数字素养教育提供参考借鉴。
With the accelerated development of technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence,digital literacy has become a key competency for teachers.The Ministry of Education issued the industry standard called“Digital Literacy for Teachers”,which further standardized the training and evaluation of teachers'digital literacy.The release of the standard also means that the development of teach-ers'ability in China has entered a new cycle.In this paper,8 intermational teacher digital literacy training projects are used as the object of multi-case study.From the perspective of“practice oriented”,this study makes a comparative analysis from five aspects of“man-ma-chine-material-method-environment”based on the theory of total quality management,and summarizes four project design features:ed-ucational action research involving researchers and practitioners;guide teachers'practice path with structured process model;drive training implementation with real data problems or tasks;form a closed loop of training practice with sufficient data support.Based on this,this study puts forward six path suggestions to improve teachers'digital literacy according to the actual situation in China from two levels,with a view to providing reference for optimizing teachers'digital literacy education in China.
