摘要
与一般的民用工程项目对比,现代化大型综合性三级甲等医院新建项目建设复杂、流程繁杂、专业性强,并需要各专业深度紧密配合,实施难度大。该文尝试分析目前在现代化大型综合性三级甲等医院建设中应用EPC模式的优势与不足,并对我国现阶段医院建筑EPC总承包模式优化提出建议。
Compared with general civil engineering projects,the new project for a modern large comprehensive grade-A tertiary hospital is complex,professional and requires deep cooperation between various professions.This paper analyzed the advantages and shortcomings of applying the EPC model in the construction of a modern large comprehensive grade-A tertiary hospital,with suggestions proposed for the EPC general contracting model today in China.
