摘要
目的探究针对性护理在小儿重症病毒性脑炎合并呼吸衰竭中的应用效果。方法选取2022年3月至2023年3月德州市陵城区人民医院收治的78例重症病毒性脑炎合并呼吸衰竭患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各39例。对照组给予常规临床护理,观察组给予针对性护理,比较两组患儿肢体运动功能及家属护理满意度。结果观察组患儿各项肢体运动功能评分高于对照组,家属护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿重症病毒性脑炎合并呼吸衰竭采用针对性护理干预,可改善患儿肢体运动功能,提高家属护理满意度,具有重要价值,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of targeted care in pediatric severe viral encephalitis combined with respiratory failure.Methods A total of 78 children with severe viral encephalitis combined with respiratory failure from March 2022 to March 2023 in Lingcheng District People’s Hospital of Dezhou City were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given routine clinical care,and the observation group was given targeted care.The limb motor function of children and family care satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of various limb motor function of children in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the family care satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of targeted care in pediatric severe viral encephalitis combined with respiratory failure can improve the limb motor function of children and the family care satisfaction,which is of great value and worth promoting.
