Objective To explore and analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the clinical treatment of pediatric viral encephalitis. Methods A total of 45 children with viral encephalitis admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects.Based on the number of admissions,45 children were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group intervened with the usual care model, and the observation group used the comprehensive nursing model. The nursing satisfaction, nursing effect, time to clinical symptom relief and complication rate of the control group and the observation group were compared and analyzed. Results After nursing intervention, the observation group was significantly better than the control group in the nursing satisfaction, the remission time of clinical symptoms and the complication rate(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion In the process of nursing children with pediatric viral encephalitis, the comprehensive nursing mode intervention, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms relief time, reduce the incidence of complications in children,at the same time can effectively improve the effect of nursing and nursing satisfaction,in the process of practical application has excellent effect,is worthy of further promotion and application.
