摘要
目的:观察来曲唑联合生长激素治疗特发性矮小症(ISS)患儿的效果。方法:回顾性分析2020年3月至2021年12月该院收治的65例ISS患儿的临床资料,按照治疗方法不同将其分为对照组33例和观察组32例。对照组采用生长激素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合来曲唑治疗。比较两组治疗前后生长发育指标(骨龄、身高、预测终身高)水平、骨代谢指标[骨钙素(BGP)、骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)]水平、25羟维生素D[25(OH)D]水平、血清生长因子[胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-3(IGFBP-3)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组骨龄、身高、预测终身高均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组BGP、BALP、25(OH)D、IGF-1、IGFBP-3水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:来曲唑联合生长激素治疗ISS患儿可提高生长发育指标水平、骨代谢指标水平、25(OH)D水平和血清生长因子水平,效果优于单纯生长激素治疗。
Objective:To observe effects of Letrozole combined with growth hormone in treatment of children with idiopathic short stature(ISS).Methods:The clinical data of 65 children with ISS admitted to this hospital from March 2020 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(33 cases)and observation group(32 cases).The control group was treated with growth hormone,while the observation group was treated with Letrozole on the basis of that of the control group.The levels of growth and development indexes(bone age,height,predicted final height),bone metabolism indexes[osteocalcin(BGP),bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP)],25-hydroxyvitamin D[25(OH)D]and serum growth factors[insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1),insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3(IGFBP-3)],and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the bone age,height and predicted final height of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of BGP,BALP,25(OH)D,IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Letrozole combined with growth hormone in the treatment of the children with ISS can improve the levels of growth and development indexes,bone metabolism indexes,25(OH)D and serum growth factors.Moreover,it is superior to single growth hormone treatment.
