摘要
对话式教学是现代教学改革的方向之一,教师课堂有效提问是对话式教学实现的保证。本文集中阐述了课堂互动与交流结构、教师课堂提问、学生课堂提问三方面内容。教师课堂提问应从教师为中心向以学生为中心转换,采取基于思维过程的提问策略是保证提问有效性的有力手段,给予学生充分的思考等待时间对教师课堂有效提问来说是必要的,引导学生课堂提问是教师提问有效性的目标和保证。
Dialogical teaching emphasizes interactive communication and mutual learning between teachers and students.Within this perspective,this study focuses on exploring effective questioning strategies for teachers in the classroom.By analyzing the characteristics and principles of dialogical teaching,the research investigates how teachers can design and implement questions that stimulate critical thinking,promote student engagement,and facilitate meaningful learning.The study identifies several key questioning strategies under the dialogical teaching paradigm,including open-ended questions,divergent questions,reflective questions,and probing questions.These strategies aim to encourage student participation,foster dialogue and discussion,and create a collaborative learning environment.Furthermore,the research examines the factors that influence the effectiveness of questioning in dialogical teaching,such as teacher's subject knowledge,teaching experience,and pedagogical skills.It also discusses the challenges and potential solutions in implementing these questioning strategies in real classroom contexts.Based on the findings,the study provides practical recommendations for teachers to enhance their questioning techniques in dialogical teaching,thereby improving teaching effectiveness and promoting student learning outcomes.
