摘要
位于上海市松江区叶榭镇的“幸福老人村”坚持新发展理念,坚持党建引领,依托政府、企事业单位、公益组织等多种主体,在探索农村养老模式中走出了一条不同凡响的公益创新路。课题组以“幸福老人村”为研究对象,开展基于田园综合体的养教结合社会学习点的案例研究:前期已对运行现状、所承载的社会功能等进行全面阐述;后期将进一步系统分析运行模式,深入思考发展中遇到的瓶颈问题,并围绕“田园综合体发展”“养教结合学习点建设”两方面,提供运行模式创新的有效路径。
“Happy Elderly Village”is located in Yexie Town,Songjiang District,Shanghai.Adhering to the new development concept and the guidance of party building,relying on various entities such as the government,enterprises and institutions,and public welfare organizations,“Happy Elderly Village”has found an extraordinary path of public welfare innovation in exploring the mode of rural elderly care.Taking“Happy Elderly Village”as the research object,the research group conducts a case study of a rural complex based social learning station that combines elderly care and education.In the early stage,a comprehensive explanation has been provided on the current operation status and social functions it carries.This paper further analyzes the operating mode systematically,deeply consider the bottleneck problems encountered in its development,and provide effective paths for innovative operating modes concerning the two aspects of the“development of rural complex”and the“construction of integrated learning stations for elderly care and education”.
