摘要
【目的】研究建立一套快速稳定的A-100(23Co14Ni12Cr3MoE)超高强度钢晶粒清晰显示方法。【方法】采用化学浸蚀法、氧化法和电解法腐蚀A-100钢的晶粒,并利用金相显微镜观察该钢种的晶界是否显示清晰,通过改变浸蚀溶液、温度、时间、电解参数等方法调整晶粒显示效果。【结果】化学浸蚀法和电解法每次需要摸索不同的腐蚀条件,晶界显示效果不稳定,A-100钢晶粒显示最有效稳定的方式是氧化法。【结论】结合A-100钢的标准热处理制度选择885℃热氧化可获得准确清晰的晶界。
[Purposes]This paper aims to establish a fast stable and clear display method for crystal grains of A-100(23Co14Ni12Cr3MoE)ultra-high strength steel.[Methods]Using chemical etching,oxidation and electrolysis to corrode the crystal grains of A-100 steel,and the grain boundary of the steel was observed by metallographic microscope.The display effect of crystal grains was adjusted by changing the etching solution,temperature,time and electrolysis parameters.[Findings]The chemical etching method and the electrolysis method need to explore different corrosion conditions each time,and the crystal grains display effect is unstable.The most effective and stable way to display the grains of A-100 steel is the oxidation method.[Conclusions]Accurate and clear grain boundaries can be obtained by thermal oxidation at 885℃ combined with the standard heat treatment system of A-100 steel.
