摘要
目的:分析心脏超声结合颈部血管超声在老年冠心病诊断中的价值。方法:选取2021年11月—2022年10月中国中医科学院广安门医院南区收治的老年冠心病患者116例作为研究对象。所有患者进行心脏超声诊断和颈部血管超声诊断,分析单纯心脏超声诊断与联合超声诊断的诊断符合率,以及两种检查方式对于颈部动脉狭窄及颈部动脉斑块的检出率。结果:联合超声诊断的诊断符合率高于单纯心脏超声,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合超声诊断颈部动脉狭窄检出率高于单纯心脏超声,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);联合超声诊断颈动脉斑块检出率高于单纯心脏超声,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对老年冠心病患者开展疾病诊断工作过程中,开展心脏超声结合颈部血管超声诊断能提升血管狭窄检出率及颈动脉斑块检出率,安全性强,有效性高,值得进一步在临床应用并予以推广。
Objective:To analyze the value of cardiac ultrasound combined with cervical vascular ultrasound in the diagnosis of elderly coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 116 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the Guang'anmen Hospital South Campus of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from November 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.Cardiac ultrasound diagnosis and cervical vascular ultrasound diagnosis were performed for all subjects.The diagnosis coincidence rate of cardiac ultrasound diagnosis alone and combined ultrasound diagnosis,and the detection rate of cervical artery stenosis and carotid artery plaque using two examination methods were analyzed.Results:The diagnosis coincidence rate of combined ultrasound diagnosis was higher than that of cardiac ultrasound alone,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of cervical artery stenosis using combined ultrasound diagnosis was higher than that of cardiac ultrasound alone,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The detection rate of carotid artery plaque using combined ultrasound diagnosis was higher than that of cardiac ultrasound alone,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis process of elderly patients with coronary heart disease,cardiac ultrasound combined with cervical vascular ultrasound diagnosis can increase the detection rate of vascular stenosis and carotid artery plaque,which is safe and effective.It is worthy of further promotion and application in the clinic.
