摘要
采用不同浓度的植物生长调节剂[油菜素甾醇(EBR)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-BA)、赤霉素(GA3)]处理4个贮藏年限(0年、4年、8年、10年)的沙葱种子,探究不同植物生长调节剂对不同贮藏年限沙葱种子萌发情况的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,30 mg/L IAA处理可打破沙葱种子(贮藏0年)休眠,发芽率为23.23%,是对照的2.6倍;15 mg/L IAA处理贮藏4年的沙葱种子发芽率最高达84.85%,是对照的1.1倍;0.4 mg/L EBR处理贮藏8年的沙葱种子发芽率最高可达66.67%,是对照的1.2倍;0.1 mg/L的6-BA处理贮藏10年的沙葱种子发芽率最高可达12.12%,是对照的4倍;同一植物生长调节剂处理不同贮藏年限的沙葱种子的萌发情况也不一样。相对萌发旺盛时期(贮藏4年)的沙葱种子,低浓度的植物生长调节剂对其萌发以及生长指标都比对照有明显的促进作用,相对已经老化(贮藏10年)的沙葱种子,较高浓度的植物生长调节剂比对照效果好。
Different concentrations of plant growth regulators(brassinosterol(EBR),indole acetic acid(IAA),6-benzylaminopurine(6-BA),gibberellin(GA 3))were used to treat Allium mongolicum Regel seeds with 4 storage years(0,4,8,10 years)to explore the effects of different plant growth regulators on seed germination of Allium mongolicum Regel.The results showed that compared with the control,30 mg/L IAA treatment could break the dormancy of the seeds(stored for 0 years),and the germination rate was 23.23%,2.6 times that of the control.The germination rate of the seeds stored for 4 years under 15 mg/L IAA treatment was up to 84.85%,which was 1.1 times that of the control.The germination rate of the seeds stored for 8 years under 0.4 mg/L EBR treatment was 66.67%,which was 1.2 times that of the control.The germination rate of the seeds stored for 10 years after 0.1 mg/L 6-BA treatment was 12.12%,which was 4 times that of the control.The germination conditions of the seeds treated with the same plant growth regulator for different storage years were also different.Compared with the seeds with strong germination(storage for 4 years),the lower concentration of plant growth regulator had obvious promotion effect on the germination and growth index of the seeds,and the higher concentration of plant growth regulator was better than the control in aspect of aging(storage for 10 years).
