摘要
研究了300μg.g^-1的PEG(聚乙二醇)、pH为8的NaOH溶液、300μg.g^-1IAA(吲哚乙酸)和300μg.g^-1GA3(赤霉素)4种药剂对2种基因型羊草种子发芽率和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:(1)PEG、赤霉素GA3和NaOH溶液3种药剂均可提高羊草的发芽率,吲哚乙酸处理后发芽率低于对照,其中GA3处理后芽率增加最大,均达到显著水平;(2)赤霉素GA3处理后羊草种子萌发速率最高,分别为0.345个.d^-1和0.467个.d^-1,羊草发芽主要集中在发芽的5-15 d;(3)4种药剂处理均可促进羊草幼苗的生长,抑制根部发育,其中赤霉素GA3的促进作用最明显,NaOH溶液的抑制作用最大。
In this paper,the effect of four medicaments on the seed germination and the seedling growth of two genotypes geymus chinensis was studied. Four medicaments were PEG, NaOH, IAA and GA3. The result showed that: (1) PEG, GA3 and NaOH increased the seed germination of Leymus chinensis. IAA decreased the seed germination of Leymus chinensis compared with Leymus chinensis that was not treated with medicaments Among them, the crease quantity of the seed germination of Leymus chinensis treated with GA3 was the highest. It has reached notable lever. (2) The seeds of Leymus chinensis treated with GA3 was the highest in sprout speed. They were 0. 345 unit per day and 0. 467 unit per day. The peak of the seed germination of Leymus chinensis concentrated on the former 5 to 15 day. (3) Four medicaments accelerated the seedling growth of Ley mus chinensis but restrained the development of the root,in which GA3 was the most outstanding in accelerating the seedling growth of Leymus chinensis. The negative effect of NaOH on the seedling growth of Leymus chinensis was the highest.
