摘要
在新财经背景下,探讨大数据管理与应用专业在高等财经教育中的育人机制具有重要的时代意义。首先阐释了新财经的概念和含义;然后简述大数据管理与应用专业发展的历史以及现状;接着总结了大数据管理与应用专业目前发展所面临的挑战和问题;最后结合新财经背景,提出通过跨学科融合的课程设计、实践导向的教学和科研创新的培养、加强校企交流与合作等培养机制的综合应用,培养适应新时代经济形势的大数据管理与应用人才,为新时代经济发展注入新的活力。
Within the backdrop of the“New Financial Economy”,this paper delves into the crucial temporal importance of the educational mechanisms for the Big Data Management and Applications major in higher financial education.The study commences by elucidating the concept of the“New Financial Economy”and providing a comprehensive overview of the historical development and current status of the Big Data Management and Applications major.Subsequently,several key challenges faced by the development of this major are summarized.Finally,in the context of“New Financial Economy,”it is proposed to cultivate talents in big data management and application who can adapt to the economic challenges of the new era through the comprehensive application of training mechanisms,including interdisciplinary curriculum design,practice-oriented teaching and research innovation,and enhanced international exchanges and cooperation.
