摘要
作为“新文科”中的财经类专业,实施新财经改革是“新文科”建设分类推进的必由之路,是教育部“四新”建设在财经教育领域的新实践。在新财经教育改革中,提升商科人才文化素养尤为必要。传统商科人才文化素养中存在师资队伍综合素质有待提高、财经教育体系有待改造升级、文化素养有待进一步提升等问题。为此,只有把握新财经教育改革对商科人才文化素养提升的新要求,构建“融通式”商科人才文化素养培育模式,完善“三化一养”商科人才文化素养培育内容,打造“理论实践结合”商科人才文化素养培育路径,加强“多方协作”商科人才文化素养教育质量监督,才能顺利完成新财经背景下商科人才文化素养培育体系的构建。
As a financial and economic major in the"new liberal arts"field,implementing the new finance and economics education reform is a necessary path for the classified implementation of the"new liberal arts"construction.It is a new practice in the field of financial and economic education under the Ministry of Education's"Four News"construction.In the new finance and economics education reform,it is particularly necessary to enhance the cultural literacy of business talents.In the traditional cultural literacy of business talents,there are problems such as the need to improve the comprehensive quality of teaching staff,the need to transform and upgrade the financial and economic education system,and the need to further enhance cultural literacy.Therefore,only by grasping the new requirements of the new finance and economics education reform for the improvement of cultural literacy among business talents,constructing a"integrated"cultivation model of cultural literacy for business talents,improving the"integration of three cultures and digital literacy"content of cultural literacy for business talents,building a"theory-practice combination"cultivation path of cultural literacy for business talents,and strengthening the"multilateral cooperation"supervision of the quality of cultural literacy education for business talents,can we successfully complete the construction of the cultural literacy cultivation system for business talents under the background of new finance and economics.
