基于GaN器件的高效图腾柱无桥PFC电路设计

摘要 GaN器件因其良好的开关性能被广泛应用于图腾柱无桥PFC电路。在电感电流临界连续模式(CRM)下,图腾柱无桥PFC通过合理的控制可以实现开关管全输入电压范围软开关。针对传统电流过零检测(ZCD)电路的控制方式存在控制时序复杂的问题,提出了一种基于电流状态检测电路的软开关控制策略,降低控制的复杂程度;采用交错并联结构降低EMI滤波器的设计压力;并利用解耦磁集成技术将两相电路的功率电感进行磁集成。最终,搭建了一台3000 W基于GaN器件的交错并联图腾柱无桥PFC整流器,通过实验验证了所提电路设计方案的有效性。 GaN devices are widely used in totem-pole bridgeless PFC circuits due to their excellent switching performance.In the inductor current critical continuous mode(CRM),Totem-Pole bridgeless PFC can achieve soft switching of the switching tube across the full input voltage range through the reasonable control.In view of the problem of complex control timing for the control mode based on the traditional current zero-crossing detection(ZCD)circuit,a soft switching control strategy based on the current state detection circuit is proposed to reduce the complexity of control.The design pressure of the EMI filter is reduced by adopting an interleaved parallel structure,and the power inductances of the two-phase circuit are integrated by using decoupling magnetic integration technology.Finally,a 3000 W GaN-based interleaved bridgeless totem-pole PFC rectifier is built.The effectiveness of the proposed circuit design scheme is verified by experiments.
