摘要
根据LED负载特性,研究了一种基于谐振变换器的LED恒流驱动电源,实现开环控制时不同灯电压下输出电流恒定。利用基波分析法推导了恒流谐振网络的输出电流与开关频率、谐振参数的关系式,分析了该网络的恒流特性以及变压器的参数对恒流特性的影响,并给出了电路参数设计方法。最后设计一台额定功率为50 W的样机,试验结果验证变换器的恒流特性,并能实现开关管的零电压开通。
According to the characteristics of the LED load, this paper studied the constant-current LED driverbased on half-bridge resonant converter, which realizes constant output current under different lamp voltage withopen-loop control. The papeer deduced the expression of the output current of the resonant network with switchfrequency and resonance parameters by first harmonic approximation method. It analyzing the constant currentcharacteristics of the network and the influence of transformer? s parameters on it, and a design method of circuitparameters was given. Finally, a 50 W laboratory prototype was built. The experimental results demonstrate theconstant current characteristic of the converter, and it can realize the ZVS.
