摘要
培育农业职业经理人是建立高素质农民队伍和加快农业农村现代化的重要题域。研究立足边疆多民族地区--云南省,通过系统分析农业职业经理人培育现状及问题后发现,云南农业职业经理人的培育虽取得了一定进步,但仍存在政策制度不完善、培训机制不健全等方面问题,基此研究提出完善政策保障机制、多渠道壮大职业经理人队伍、建立激励机制和健全培训体系等应对策略,推动云南高原特色农业发展,巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果,实现乡村全面振兴。
Cultivating agricultural professional managers is an important topic for establishing a team of high-quality farmers and ac-celerating agricultural and ruralmodernization.This study takes Yunnan Province which is the multi-ethnic border region as the research object,through the systematic analysis of the current situation and problems of the cultivation of agricultural professional managers,it is found that although the cultivation of agricultural professional managers in Yunnan has made great progress,there are still problems,such as imperfect policy system,imperfect training mechanism and so on.Based on this,the study puts forward countermeasures such as improving policy guarantee mechanism,expanding the teamof professional managers through multiple channels,establishing incen-tive mechanism and improving training system,so as to promote the development of Yunnan’s characteristic agriculture,consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and realize the all-round revitalization of rural areas.
