摘要
海洋平台作业种类繁多,为更好的进行风险管理,采油平台上采用作业安全分析方法(JSA)对作业进行风险评价,有效地控制作业风险。本文对采油平台撇油罐相关阀门更换的作业进行JSA分析,发现现用JSA侧重于考虑设备、物料、环境、管理四因素潜在的风险,未将人因失误风险考虑在内。鉴于人因失误模型(HRA)可以对人失误风险进行定量评价,采用人因失误率预测模型对现用JSA进行了改进,弥补现用JSA未考虑人因失误风险的不足,并用具体实例验证了改进之后JSA更加有效。
Considering various jobs on ocean platform,production platform adopt job safety analysis to evaluate hazards hidden in each job for fulfilling better hazards management and control.The paper notices that existing JSA didn’t take human error risk into account and focused on hazard of equipment,material,environment and management by using JSA on Valve Replacement of Oil Skim Drum on Production Platform.In view of HRA could evaluate human error hazards quantificationally,the paper adopts THERP to improve traditional JSA and makes up for existing Job Safety Analysis’defect by comparing different human error model,and verifying modified JSA to become more effective through a specific project.
