摘要
以粗制碳酸锂(80%)为原料,采用碳化分解法制备了电池级碳酸锂。研究了洗涤液固比、洗涤温度、洗涤次数对粗制碳酸锂制备洗涤碳酸锂纯度及回收率的影响以及碳化温度、碳化液固比、碳化时间、CO_(2)气体流速对洗涤碳酸锂制备电池级碳酸锂纯度及回收率的影响。结果表明,在洗涤液固比1∶1、洗涤温度25℃、洗涤4次条件下,此阶段碳酸锂纯度达98.86%,锂回收率达98.9%;在碳化温度25℃、液固比40∶1、碳化时间150min以及CO_(2)流速8L/min的条件下,碳酸锂纯度达99.84%,锂回收率达96.56%。
Battery-grade lithium carbonate was prepared from crude lithium carbonate(80%)using carbonization decomposition method.The effects of washing liquid-solid ratio,washing temperature,and times of washing on the purity and recovery rate of washed lithium carbonate prepared from crude lithium carbonate were studied.In addition,the effects of carbonization temperature,carbonization liquid-solid ratio,carbonization time,and CO_(2)gas flow rate on the purity and recovery rate of battery-grade lithium carbonate prepared from washed lithium carbonate were investigated.The results show that when washing liquid-solid ratio is 1∶1,washing temperature is 25℃,and times of washing is 4,the purity of lithium carbonate reaches 98.86%in this stage,with a lithium recovery rate of 98.9%.And under the conditions of carbonization temperature of 25℃,liquid-solid ratio of 40∶1,carbonization time of 150 min,and CO_(2)flow rate of 8 L/min,the purity of lithium carbonate is 99.84%with a lithium recovery rate of 96.56%.
