摘要
电池级碳酸锂作为锂离子电池的一种关键原材料,其市场需求量非常大。采用碳化分解法对工业级碳酸锂进行提纯,以制备电池级碳酸锂。结果表明:在碳化温度为25℃、气体流速为5 L/min、碳化时间为50 min、液固比(去离子水和碳酸锂的质量比)为40的条件下,纯度为99.0%的工业级碳酸锂可以提纯为99.70%的电池级碳酸锂,收率约为74.50%。
The battery-grade lithium carbonate,which is a key raw material for lithium-ion batteries,has a large market demand.The carbonation-decomposition method was used to purify the industrial-grade lithium carbonate.The results showed that under the conditions:carbonization temperature of 25℃,gas flow rate of 5 L/min,carbonization time of 50 min,liquid-solid ratio(mass ratio of deionized water to lithium carbonate)of 40,industrial-grade lithium carbonate can be purified to battery-grade lithium carbonate of 99.0%,with a yield of approximately 74.50%.
