摘要
由于烧结机工作环境恶劣,烧结行业需要经常更换台车。介绍了一种免停料换台车技术,在烧结机主星轮位置进行更换台车。该方案可免去“停料”的过程,从而避免了台车未布料和未布料台车位置漏风带来的产量损失,该技术为烧结同行改进现有台车更换现状提供了新的方案。
Because sintering machine works in a harsh working environment,the pallets need to be replaced frequently.This paper introduces an on-load pallet replacement technology,by which the pallets are replaced at the position of main sprockets.This scheme can avoid the"interruption in material feeds",thus avoiding the output loss caused by non-loads of the pallets and the air leakage of non-load pallets.This technology offers a new solution for the sintering industry to improve the current situation of the pallet replacement.
