摘要
随着我国脱贫攻坚战取得全面胜利,“三农”工作重心也转向全面推进乡村振兴。乡村旅游是全面推进乡村振兴、加快农业农村现代化的重要载体,但当前乡村旅游人才缺乏的问题较为突出,在一定程度上影响了乡村旅游业的发展。农林高校作为培养涉农人才的重要力量,具有乡村旅游人才培养的优势。鉴于此,本文从国家全面推进乡村振兴战略的视角,分析了农林高校乡村旅游人才的培养现状,剖析了人才培养缺乏特色、人才供需不匹配、就业形势严峻等问题及其深层次原因,并从创新乡村旅游人才培养路径、深化教学改革、培养和塑造实践创新能力、主动对接人才市场需求4个方面提出了相应的改进建议,以完善农林高校乡村旅游人才培养模式,为推动乡村旅游产业发展、助力乡村全面振兴提供人才保障。
With the country’s comprehensive victory in poverty alleviation,the focus of the“three rural”issues has also shifted to comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.Rural tourism is an important carrier for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and accelerating agricultural and rural modernization.However,the shortage of talents in rural tourism is very prominent,and has affected the development of rural tourism to some extent.As an important force for cultivating agriculturerelated talents,agricultural and forestry universities have the advantage of cultivating rural tourist talents.Therefore,this paper analyzed the currentsituation of rural tourist talents cultivation in agricultural and forestry universities.The problems of being lack of distinctive-featured talent training,mismatched talent supply and demand,grim employment situation,and deep-seated reasons were mainly discussed.Corresponding suggestions of innovating the training path of rural tourist talents,deepening teaching reform,cultivating and shaping practical innovation ability,and actively meeting the needs of the talent market for improvement were put forward.In general,it is expected to improve the training mode of rural tourist talents in agricultural and forestry universities,and provide talent guarantee for promoting the development of rural tourist industry and assisting the overall revitalization of rural areas.
