摘要
中医药膳养生文化是我国优秀传统文化的魅力瑰宝之一。为推动中华文化更好地走向世界,在对外传播英译资料中应遵循严复先生提出的“信、达、雅”翻译原则,药膳功效英译崇“信”,药膳制法英译尚“达”,药膳名称英译求“雅”,使译文忠实于原文,通俗易懂并达到高雅可赏,让目的语读者理解、认同、欣赏原汁原味的中医药膳养生文化。
Health preserving culture of traditional Chinese medicine herbal cuisine is one of the charming treasures of our excellent traditional culture.In order to promote Chinese culture to the world better,the English translation materials of international communication should follow the translation principles of"faithfulness,expressiveness and elegance"proposed by Mr.Yan Fu."Faithfulness"should be caught in the translation of the effects of herbal cuisine,"expressiveness"in the translation of the methods of herbal cuisine,and"elegance"in the translation of the names of herbal cuisine to make the translation faithful to the original text,easy to be understood and elegant to be appreciated.Then the target language readers could understand,identify and appreciate the original content of health preserving culture of traditional Chinese medicine herbal cuisine.
