“五育并举”视域下医学院校美育教育现状与对策 被引量:4

Present Situation and Countermeasures of the Aesthetic Education in Medical College Under the Vision of"Simultaneous Development of Five Educations"

摘要 美育是党的教育方针的重要组成部分,是高校人才培养方案的重要组成部分,是医学教育的重要组成部分。然而,当前医学院校美育教育现状与培养德智体美劳全面发展的高素质医学人才的要求还不相适应,集中表现在对美育教育重视程度不高、缺乏整体设计规划,美育课程缺乏医学特色、美育实践实施不足,医学生美育课程选修比率低、教学满意度不高,美育课程成绩评定模式单一、美育评价机制不全等问题。培养和造就一大批医德高尚、医术精湛的医学人才,是医学院校肩负的重要使命。在德智体美劳“五育并举”视域下,医学院校应进一步明确医学美育教育的定位、加强美育教育教学建设,构建特色鲜明的医学美育课程体系、丰富美育实践体验,改进美育教育教学方法、不断提高学生选课率和教学满意度,完善美育课程成绩评定模式、健全美育评价机制,以促进医学人才培养质量的不断提高。 Aesthetic education is an important part of the Party's educational policy,the talent training program in colleges and universities as well as medical education.However,the current situation of aesthetic education in medical colleges and universities does not meet the requirements of cultivating high-quality medical talents with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics and labor at present.There are problems such as low emphasis on aesthetic education,lack of overall design planning and medical characteristics in aesthetic education courses as well as inadequate implementation of aesthetic education practices,low elective rate of aesthetic education courses for medical students,low teaching satisfaction,single evaluation model for aesthetic education courses,and incomplete aesthetic evaluation mechanisms.Cultivating and bringing up a large number of medical talents with noble medical ethics and exquisite medical skills is an important mission undertaken by medical colleges and universities.From the perspective of"combining moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor education",medical colleges and universities should further clarify the positioning of medical aesthetic education,strengthen the construction of aesthetic education and teaching,build a distinctive medical aesthetic education curriculum system,enrich aesthetic education practice experience,improve aesthetic education teaching methods,continuously promote students'course selection rate and teaching satisfaction,complete the evaluation model of aesthetic education curriculum performance and the aesthetic education evaluation mechanism in order to foster the quality of medical talents training continuously.
