摘要
全体人民共建共治共享是推动共同富裕取得实质性进展的必经之路。突破施助者的传统视角,从受助者的主位视角探究受助者向施助者转化,并实现公益行为的传递具有重大意义。论文从制度逻辑的理论视角出发,基于中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据考察了受助经历对受助者公益行为的影响。数据分析结果显示,个体的受助经历对其慈善捐赠行为存在显著负面影响;对于具体的受助形式而言,国家逻辑主导下的政府救助对其慈善捐赠行为存在显著负面影响,公益逻辑主导下的慈善救助、多重逻辑主导下的混合救助对其慈善捐赠行为无显著影响。面对受助者传递公益行为的巨大挑战,需要推动多重制度逻辑的优化和整合,建立“政慈协调”的中国特色社会救助体系,从而扎实推动共同富裕。
Collaboration,broad participation,and benefiting all are essential to promote substantial progress towards Common Prosperity.It leads to the need to explore the recipient-to-giver transformation from the perspective of the beneficiaries,thereby achieving a sustainable transmission of philanthropic behavior.This paper investigated the impact of aid experience on recipients'philanthropic behavior based on the CFPS data from a theoretical perspective of institutional logics.Analysis results revealed that aid experiences had a significant and negative effect on recipients'charitable giving behavior;regarding specific forms of aid,there was a significant and negative effect of government assistance on recipients'charitable giving behavior,while there was no significant effect of charitable assistance and mixed assistance on recipients'charitable giving.The results provide an implication for establishing a coordinated government—philanthropy social assistance system,which is helpful for addressing the challenge of sustainable transmission of beneficiaries'philanthropic behavior,in order to promote Common Prosperity.
