摘要
目的分析超短波联合中药塌渍对带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)患者的临床疗效。方法选取2021年3月至2022年5月江西省上饶市人民医院60例PHN患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,对照组给予超短波治疗,观察组给予超短波联合中药塌渍治疗,比较两组患者的疼痛情况和临床疗效,以及不良反应和复发情况。结果治疗7、15 d后及治疗1个月后,两组患者疼痛评分均低于本组治疗前,且观察组患者治疗7、15 d后及治疗1个月后疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组患者不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访1个月,观察组患者复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超短波联合中药塌渍治疗PHN可有效缓解患者的疼痛情况,提高治疗有效率,降低复发率。
Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of ultrashort wave combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)wet compression on patients with postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods A total of 60 patients with PHN in Shangrao People's Hospital were enrolled from March 2021 to May 2022 as research objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ultrashort wave,while observation group was additionally treated with TCM wet compression.The pain,clinical curative effect,adverse reaction and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results After 7,15 days and 1 month of treatment,the pain scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the pain scores of observation group were lower than those of control group after 7 and 15 days of and 1 month of treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 month of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrashort wave combined with TCM wet compression can effectively relieve pain,improve response rate of treatment and reduce recurrence rate in PHN patients.
