摘要
为研究后浇带预制混凝土盖板提前封闭技术在密集多层建筑别墅区的可行性及应用效果,研究以某联排别墅项目为例,针对后浇带预制混凝土盖板提前封闭技术的关键点进行总结分析,实践证明通过在后浇带采用预制混凝土盖板提前封闭技术,并在满足强度及相关规范的前提下插入回填土,可有效加快施工进度,为施工现场总平面布置、堆场转化等提供有利条件。
In order to study the feasibility and application effect of the precast concrete cover plate in advance closure technology in dense multi-storey building villa area,this study takes a townhouse project as an example and summarizes and analyzes the key points of the precast concrete cover plate in advance closure technology.Practice has proved that the precast concrete cover plate in advance closure technology is adopted in the precast concrete belt.And under the premise of meeting the strength and relevant specifications,the insertion of backfill can effectively accelerate the construction progress,and provide favorable conditions for the general layout of the construction site and the conversion of the storage yard.
