摘要
我国铁路运营线Π形梁病害问题突出,结构问题严重,常规加固、封闭技术已不能解决,只有换梁才能从根源解决。然而,铁路运营线受天窗、行车数量影响,对换梁技术要求严格,如何在天窗内完成换梁,总结关键技术要点,成为Π形梁换梁技术的首要研究对象。文章基于宁岢线某Π形梁更换工程,比选最优方案,总结关键技术,为其他类似工程提供参考。
The problem ofΠ-shaped beam disease on China's railway operation lines is prominent,and the structural problem is serious,which can no longer be solved by conventional reinforcement and sealing technology,and only by replacing the beam can the root cause be solved.However,the railway operation line is affected by the skylight and the number of trains,and the technical requirements for beam replacement are strict.How to complete the beam replacement within the skylight and summarize the key technical points has become the primary research object of theΠ-shaped beam replacement technology.Based on theΠ-shaped beam replacement engineering on Ningke line,this paper compares and selects the optimal scheme,summarizes the key technologies,and provides reference for other similar engineering.
