摘要 为有效提高选煤厂压滤机的生产效率及其系统控制效能,探究了可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)控制器的应用场景,重点分析了将机器学习智能化控制引入自动化控制系统中的实现模式。考虑PLC的有限算力难以支持超限学习机和卷积神经网络等机器学习数据挖掘模块,故将数据挖掘任务通过物联网技术由PLC传递至IDC中实现处理,结果再反馈至PLC系统。实测分析显示,通过将PLC控制系统应用至选煤厂压滤机改造中,不仅提升了压滤机的生产效率,而且节能环保性能良好。 In order to effectively improve the production efficiency and system control efficiency of coal preparation plant filter presses,the application scenarios of PLC controllers were explored,with a focus on analyzing the implementation mode of introducing machine learning intelligent control into automation control systems.Considering the limited computing power of PLC,it is difficult to support machine learning data mining modules such as transfinite learning machines and convolutional neural networks.Therefore,data mining tasks are transmitted from PLC to IDC through IoT technology for processing,and the results are then fed back to the PLC system.Actual analysis shows that by applying the PLC control system to the transformation of the filter press in the coal preparation plant,not only has the production efficiency of the filter press been improved,but also the energy-saving and environmental protection performance is good.
