摘要
经分析原煤煤质粒度特性,针对选煤厂煤泥水浓缩系统采用的中心传动浓缩机溢流和底流产率不均衡、细煤泥回收不彻底、循环水中底流质量浓度偏高等问题,通过实践总结了提高煤泥水浓缩效率的一系列方法,并对改造方案及其效果进行了探讨。
After analyzing the characteristics of the particle size of the raw coal,in terms of the problems of the central drive thickener used in the slime water thickening system of coal preparation plants,such as unbalanced overflow and underflow production rates,incomplete recovery of fine slime and high mass concentration of underflow in the circulating water,this paper summarized a series of methods to improve the efficiency of slime water thickening based on practice,and discussed the reform plan and its effects.
