土壤镉污染对卷丹百合生长和镉分布的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为探究卷丹百合对镉污染的响应,开展不同镉浓度梯度(2.5、3、3.5、4 mg·kg^(-1))的盆栽试验,研究了不同浓度镉污染卷丹百合种球萌发、生长速率、生物量积累、生理响应和各器官镉含量的影响,分析了镉分布规律及各器官镉含量与土壤镉浓度的关系。结果表明:(1)C4(4 mg·kg^(-1))镉浓度显著降低卷丹百合发芽率、发芽势、生长速率,C2(3 mg·kg^(-1))、C3(3.5 mg·kg^(-1))镉浓度分别增加了百合鳞茎生物量的13.84%和38.96%。(2)随土壤镉浓度增加,丙二醛(MDA)的含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性呈先升后降再升趋势,过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性随镉浓度的增加呈先增后降趋势,C4浓度对SOD、CAT和POD具有抑制作用,对MDA的含量有促进作用。(3)各器官镉含量随土壤镉浓度的增加而增加,同一镉污染下,镉分布规律为地上茎>叶>花>根>鳞茎;与对照相比,各器官镉富集系数均显著下降,地下部转运系数显著上升,而地上部各器官转运系数呈下降趋势。(4)土壤镉含量与卷丹百合各器官都具有极显著正相关性,且土壤镉与鳞茎镉含量的相关性最高。综上所述,卷丹百合耐镉性能较好;卷丹百合通过调节生理特性、生物量以及镉富集和转运能力等方式来降低土壤镉污染的危害;鉴于土壤与鳞茎镉含量具有最高的正相关性,控制土壤镉浓度是降低鳞茎镉含量,保证安全生产的重要措施。 In order to explore the response of Lilium lancifolium Thunb to cadmium pollution,a pot experiment with different cadmium concentration gradients(2.5,3,3.5,4 mg·kg^(-1))was carried out to observe bulb germination,growth rate and biomass accumulation,monitor physiological response,detect the influence of cadmium content in each organ,summarize the distribution rule of cadmium,and analyze the relationship between cadmium content in each organ and soil cadmium concentration.The results showed that:(1)The concentration of 4 mg·kg^(-1)cadmium(C4)significantly decreased the germination rate,growth rate of Lilium lancifoliu,cadmium concentrations of 3 mg·kg^(-1)(C2)and 3.5 mg·kg^(-1)(C3)increased bulb biomass by 13.84%and 38.96%,respectively.(2)With the increase of soil cadmium concentration,the malondialdehyde(MDA)content and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity increased first and then decreased and then increased,while the catalase(CAT)and peroxidase(POD)activities increased first and then decreased with the increase of cadmium concentration.C4 concentration inhibited the contents of SOD,CAT and POD,but promoted MDA content.(3)The cadmium content of each organ increased with the increase of soil cadmium concentration.Under the same cadmium pollution,the cadmium distribution pattern was stem>leave>flower>root>bulb.Compared with the control,the cadmium enrichment coefficient of all organs was significantly decreased,the transport coefficient of underground organs was significantly increased,and the above organs showed a downward trend.(4)There was a significant correlation between soil cadmium content and all organs of Lilium lancifolium,and the correlation between soil cadmium and bulb was the highest.In conclusion,the cadmium resistance of Lilium lancifolium was good.The harm of soil cadmium pollution can be reduced by regulating physiological characteristics,biomass content,cadmium enrichment and transport capacity of Lilium lancifolium.Since soil has the highest correlation with bulb cadmium content,controlling so
