摘要
ChatGPT的发布掀起了新一轮人工智能发展的热潮。高校的智慧图书馆建设在这一轮人工智能发展热潮中迎来了新的机遇与挑战。文章首先介绍了ChatGPT的发展和特点,分析了它在技术上的局限性和潜在的风险。然后,重点从读者咨询、文献检索以及图书采选三个方面讨论了ChatGPT给智慧图书馆建设带来的机遇。最后,从馆员素质提升和人机协同的角度,分析了智慧图书馆馆员在新兴智慧系统发展中面临的挑战。
The release of ChatGPT has sparked a new wave of development in artificial intelligence.The construction of smart libraries in universities is embracing new opportunities and challenges in this wave of artificial intelligence development.This paper firstly introduces the development and characteristics of ChatGPT,and analyzes its technical limitations and potential risks.Then,it discusses the opportunities brought by ChatGPT to the construction of smart library from three aspects:reader consultation,literature retrieval,and book selection.Finally,from the perspective of improving the quality of librarians and human-machine collaboration,this paper explores the challenges faced by smart librarians in the development of emerging smart systems.
