摘要
淫羊藿Epimedium brevicornu Maxim作为我国传统的补益类中药,主要化学成分有黄酮、木脂素、生物碱、挥发油等,其中黄酮类化合物是主要活性成分,在现代药理研究中发现其对于心血管系统、免疫系统等方面有良好的药理作用,是具有巨大临床应用研究价值的中药。但相关研究也发现,淫羊藿对神经系统、肝胆系统、生殖系统等会产生毒性,对机体有一定的损害。结合国内外报道综述淫羊藿的主要化学成分和药理作用研究进展,为进一步研究淫羊藿及其在临床中的安全应用提供理论依据,同时也基于中药质量标志物(Q-marker)理论,从植物亲缘性和化学成分特有性、传统药性、不同产地及化学成分可测性等方面探讨了淫羊藿的Q-marker,在一定程度上能为淫羊藿的质量控制评价提供有效参考。
Yinyanghuo(Epimedium brevicornu Maxim),a commonly traditional Chinese tonifying drug,mainly contains flavonoids,lignans,alkaloids and volatile oils.Among them,flavonoids are the main active ingredients.It is a traditional Chinese drug with great clinical application and has a good pharmacological effect on the cardiovascular system and the immune system in modern pharmacological research.However,related studies have also found that Yinyanghuo(Epimedium brevicornu Maxim)will produce toxicity to the nervous system,hepatobiliary system,reproductive system and so on,and has certain damage to the body.This paper reviewed the progress of research on the main chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Yinyanghuo(Epimedium brevicornu Maxim)in combination with domestic and foreign reports,providing a theoretical basis for further research on Yinyanghuo(Epimedium brevicornu Maxim)and its safe application in clinical practice,meanwhile,it also discussed the quality marker(Q-marker)of Yinyanghuo(Epimedium brevicornu Maxim)in terms of plant affinity and chemical composition specificity,traditional medicinal properties,different origins and chemical composition measurability based on the Q-marker theory of Chinese medicine which can provide effective reference for quality control evaluation of Yinyanghuo(Epimedium brevicornu Maxim)to a certain extent.
