摘要
目的 观察中药封包联合耳穴埋豆在膝骨性关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)人工膝关节置换术后患者中的临床应用效果。方法 前瞻性选取郑州市骨科医院在2020年3月—2022年3月收治的92例人工膝关节置换术后的KOA患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各46例。对照组采用耳穴埋豆进行护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合中药封包护理,两组连续护理4个疗程。比较两组患者视觉模拟疼痛评分法(VAS)评分、膝关节活动度、锻炼的依从性、膝关节功能评分(HSS评分)以及不良反应发生率。结果 护理3、5、7 d,4周时,观察组患者VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组膝关节活动度均高于对照组(P<0.05);护理4周时,观察组锻炼依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后3个月,观察组HSS评分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生情况对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 应用中药封包联合耳穴埋豆护理KOA人工膝关节置换术后患者具有良好的临床效果,可减轻患者疼痛,提高患者膝关节活动度及对锻炼的依从性,无明显不良反应。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine packaging combined with ear point embedding beans in patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA) after artificial knee replacement.Methods A total of 92 patients with KOA after artificial knee arthroplasty admitted to the Zhengzhou Orthopedic Hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were prospectively selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with auricular buried beans,and the observation group was combined with traditional Chinese medicine package nursing on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated continuously for 4 courses.The visual analogue pain score(VAS) score,knee joint activity,exercise compliance,knee joint function score(HSS score) and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 3 days,5 days,7days and 4 weeks of nursing(P 0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine packaging combined with ear point embedding beans in nursing patients after KOA artificial knee replacement has a good clinical effect,which can relieve patients' pain,improve patients' knee joint range of motion and compliance to exercise,without obvious adverse reactions.
