摘要
目的探讨药物图标标签在手术室高警示药品管理中的应用效果。方法对照组于2021年采用彩色警示标签用于高警示药品管理;实验组于2022年使用药物图标标签用于高警示药品管理。调取两组研究期间手术室药品管理记录600份,统计两组手术室高警示药品管理不良事件发生率;此外,研究期间各调查80名手术室医护人员对高警示药品管理工作的满意度,比较差异,评估效果。结果实验组手术室高警示药品管理不良事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01);实验组医护人员对高警示药品管理工作的满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论药物图标标签应用于手术室高警示药品管理中效果显著,可有效降低高警示药品管理不良事件发生率,提高医务人员满意度,对改善手术室高警示药品管理质量具有重要意义。
OBJECTIVE To explore the application effect of drug icon label in the management of high warning drugs in operating room.METHODS In the control group,color warning labels were used for high warning drug management in 2021.The experimental group used drug icon labels for high warning drug management in 2022.600 records of drug management in the operating room of the two groups were collected during the study period,and the incidence of adverse events of high warning drug management in the operating room of the two groups was analyzed.In addition,during the study,80 medical staff in the operating room were investigated on their satisfaction with the management of high warning drugs to compare the differences and evaluate the effects.RESULTS The incidence of adverse events of high warning drug management in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The satisfaction score of medical staff in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).CONCLUSION The application of drug icon label in the management of high warning drugs in the operating room has significant effect,which can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events in the management of high warning drugs,improve the satisfaction of medical staff,and is of great significance for improving the quality of high warning drug management in the operating room.
