摘要
EPC承包管理模式是一种新型组织管理模式,主要包括工程项目的设计、采购和施工阶段,由总承包商全权负责,以确保项目的高质量完成,实现项目综合效益最大化目标。现如今,EPC承包管理模式在建筑工程管理中的应用愈发普遍,总承包商要充分明确EPC承包管理模式的特点和优势,结合具体项目开展工程管理工作,有利于提高沟通合作效率及项目管理水平,为项目决策的制定提供完整、可靠的信息,降低不必要、不合理的成本支出,推动建筑工程稳定高效开展。
EPC contracting management mode is a new organization management mode,which mainly includes the design,procurement and construction stages of engineering projects,and are fully responsible by the general contractor,so as to ensure the high-quality completion of the project and maximize the comprehensive benefits of the project.At present,the application of EPC contracting management mode in construction engineering management is increasingly common,the general contractor should fully clarify the characteristics and advantages of EPC contracting management mode,and carry out project management work in combination with specific projects,which is conducive to improving communication and cooperation efficiency and project management level,thus providing complete and reliable information for project decision-making,reducing unnecessary and unreasonable costs,and promoting the stable and efficient development of construction engineering.
