摘要
目的探讨应用七芝颗粒联合三针三分法治疗缺血性中风恢复期的效果。方法选取烟台茽和堂血管病中医医院2021年3月-2023年3月收治的缺血性中风恢复期患者180例作为研究对象,随机分成针药联合组(n=60)、七芝颗粒组(n=60)、三针三分组(n=60)。分别给予各组相关的治疗方式,比较治疗21d后各组在中医证候积分、临床疗效、血流流速指标及不良事件情况方面的差异。结果治疗后,三组患者的中医证候积分均较治疗前降低,且针药联合组各证候积分明显低于其他两组(P<0.05),治疗后七芝颗粒组与三针三分组证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。针药联合组、三针三分组、七芝颗粒组治疗总有效率分别为95.00%、81.67%、75.00%,针药联合组总有效率高于其他两组(P<0.05)。治疗后各组双侧椎动脉、基底动脉收缩期最大血流流速均较治疗前提高,针药联合组流速指标高于其他两组(P<0.05)。三组患者不良事件发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采取七芝颗粒联合三针三分法治疗缺血性中风恢复期患者效果满意,可改善患者的症状体征及双侧椎动脉、基底动脉血流速度,提高治疗总有效率,治疗期间不良事件发生率低。
Objective To study the application of Qizhi granules combined with three needles and three divisions for the treatment of ischemic stroke recovery period.Methods Selection Yantai Yuhetang vascular disease of traditional Chinese medicine hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 treated 180 patients with ischemic stroke recovery,randomly divided into needle medicine combined group(n=60),Qizhi granules group(n=60),three needle group(n=60).Separately for each relevant treatment,comparing treatment of 21d between groups in symptom integral,clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,blood flow velocity of index and adverse events.Results After treatment,each group of patients with Chinese medicine symptom integral are reduced compared with before treatment,and the needle medicine after treatment the symptoms integral joint group was obviously lower than the other two groups(P<0.05),Qizhi granules group after treatment compared with three needle grouping symptoms integral no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Needle medicine combined group,three needle treatment group,Qizhi granules total effective rate was 95.00%,81.67%,75.00%respectively,the needle medicine joint group total effective rate is higher than the other two groups(P<0.05).After treatment between groups bilateral vertebral artery and basilar artery systolic blood flow velocity was increased,the biggest needle medicine group joint velocity index is higher than the other two groups(P<0.05).Each group the incidence of adverse events in patients with there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Take Qizhi granules combined three needle points method with the treatment of ischemic stroke recovery,to improve the patient's symptoms and signs and bilateral vertebral artery and basilar artery blood flow velocity,increase the total effective rate and low incidence of adverse events during treatment.
